Terms of Service

Welcome to Jork Masters League (“the App”), developed by Iron Cock Studios LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13 or older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Pro Accounts and Purchases

“Pro” unlocks and other purchases are processed securely through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Purchases are tied to your respective store account and are non-transferable. Refunds, if applicable, are handled directly through those platforms in accordance with their policies.

3. Leaderboards and User Content

The App allows users to post custom display names that appear on public leaderboards. You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate. Names found to be offensive or disruptive may be removed or replaced at our discretion.

If you see an inappropriate name on the leaderboard, long-press it to report. Reports are reviewed to help maintain a fair and respectful community.

4. Fair Play and Cheating

Any attempt to manipulate scores, use unauthorized tools, or falsify performance data may result in removal from the leaderboard and suspension of Pro privileges.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App for users who violate these Terms, misuse in-app systems, or engage in abusive behavior.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Iron Cock Studios LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the app or from gameplay that causes device stress, including but not limited to excessive shaking or improper handling.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
